Welcome to XTOR Player, developed by AppActive. XTOR Player is a universal video player application that allows you to access and stream video content from decentralized, XTOR-compatible feeds across all your devices.

This Privacy Policy describes:

• Your rights and choices regarding your personal information
• How we handle content from external feeds

XTOR Player is designed with privacy in mind. We believe in transparency and your right to control your personal data.

2. Content and External Feeds

XTOR Player is designed as a universal video player that connects to XTOR-compatible feeds. The content available through such feeds is the sole responsibility of the source that provides it.

2.1 Our Role

AppActive and XTOR Player:

• Do NOT host, store, or control any video content from external feeds
• Do NOT endorse or moderate any external content
• Are NOT responsible for the nature, legality, accuracy, or quality of material accessed through external feeds
• Do NOT monitor what users choose to watch or what content third-party feeds provide
• Cannot guarantee the availability, legality, or appropriateness of external content

2.2 User Responsibility

By using XTOR Player to connect to external feeds, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for the feeds you choose to add and access
• You will comply with all applicable laws when accessing external content
• You will respect intellectual property rights and content licenses
• You are solely responsible for determining the legality and appropriateness of content you access
• We are not liable for any content accessed through third-party feeds
• You will use the app only for lawful purposes

2.3 Content Reporting

While we do not monitor external feeds, if you encounter inappropriate or illegal content through an external feed, you should:

• Remove the feed from your app immediately
• Report the content to the feed provider directly
• Contact authorities if the content violates laws
• Do NOT report to us - we are not responsible for investigating or removing content that exists on third-party servers

2.4 XTOR Feed URLs

Feed URLs you add to XTOR Player are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store your feed URLs on our servers. This means:

• Your feed list is private to you
• We cannot see what feeds you've added
• Feed URLs are deleted when you uninstall the app
• Feed URLs do not sync across devices unless you manually add them

2.5 Content Providers' Privacy

When you stream content from an external feed, you are directly connecting to that feed provider's servers. Their privacy policy applies to that interaction, not ours. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of feeds you connect to.

3. Personal Information That We Collect

The definition of personal information (used interchangeably in this Policy with "personal data") depends on the applicable law based on your physical location. Only the definition that applies to your physical location will apply to you under this Policy.

3.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

XTOR Player is designed to work without requiring account registration. We do not collect personal information such as:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• Payment information (the app is free)
• Precise location data
• Contacts or calendar information

If you contact us for customer support or provide feedback, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address and message content.

Note: Even if you opt out, you will still see ads, but they won't be based on your interests.

12.5 Do Not Track

XTOR Player does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Use the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 6.3 instead.
